Due to continued growth and expansion, Shareridge requires a Project Manager to join our team working on a utilities and public realm project in Ennis, County Clare.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the project team to bring the project to completion, ensuring work carried out to the highest standard and within timelines. Responsibilities:

Promoting high standards of Health, Safety and Quality on site.
Management and co-ordination of works on site.
Ensuring operations are carried out in accordance with the contract requirements
Liaising with Client Representatives and Stakeholders on behalf of Shareridge.
Commercial control of day to day operations for the project.
Management of direct crews & sub-contractors.
Managing performance and outputs of the project team; including engineering, commercial, planning and HSQE personnel.
Managing the procurement of materials processes for the project.

Requirements:

5 years + experience in a similar role in the utilities / public realm sector.
A knowledge of public works contracts - desirable but not essential.
Engineering background is desirable but not essential.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong project management I.T skills.
Experience managing Client relationships from a pre works stage to project completion.
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
