Property Admin - Real Estate Experience Needed

Role: Property Admin

Client: Ireland’s fastest-growing multi-family rental platform

Essentials: Relevant admin real estate experience in Ireland

Location: South Dublin office - portfolio is Dublin based

Salary: €30,000 - €35,000

Package: Discretionary bonus program, 25 days holiday, company laptop and mobile phone, employee pension scheme, annual private health insurance contribution, onsite parking

Progression: Lots of room to progress, as the company continues to grow

Reporting to: Leasing Onboarding Manager

We are working with a leading rental platform who are pioneering their way to the top of the market. The company fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment, encouraging regular team activities and professional development. They have Property Management, Lettings & Maintenance teams all in-house, ensuring a smooth living and rental experience for their tenants, clients and team of course!

As a Property Admin, your role will be to oversee the tenant applications approvals, reference checking, RTB registration, processing tenancy files from registration to move in, issuing lease agreements, supporting with setting and revising annual rent reviews and providing general support to the Lettings and Property Management teams.
