Senior Validation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commissioning and qualification protocols for new and existing equipment and systems.
- Lead and execute commissioning and qualification activities, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective completion of projects.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including protocols, reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Identify and resolve issues related to equipment and system performance.
- Provide technical support and training to other team members and departments as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commissioning and qualification within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, and EU regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant engineering software.

Pay: €41.66-€69.24 per hour
