Social Content Manager

The Role
Core Performance are hiring for a pivotal role on their full-solution social team for a
Social Content Manager (mid-level) for a fixed-term contract.
The Social Content Manager is a lead social content creative, who is responsible for
driving the social and creative output alongside the team and delivering social-first
content output.
Working with an award-winning team, this is an opportunity for an ambitious content
creator to put their stamp on the social output of some of Ireland’s most exciting
brands.
Content creation experience in copywriting, social channel planning, video content
creation, influencer management and asset creation is essential.

  • Creating and developing market-leading social content and ideas across all
social platforms.
  • Social-first content creation skills, including social copywriting, design and
visual creation and video content development are key.
  • Ideating and developing social campaigns to client briefs, to meet agreed KPIs
  • Create, curate, and manage social media content in conjunction with above the
line campaigns with Core Creative.
  • Ability to incorporate paid, owned and earned social strategy into the overall
campaign approach, leveraging Core’s bespoke planning tools.
  • Scheduling and managing organic content channels for brands
  • Developing activity plans, laydowns, and presenting ideas for social and
developing relationships with the creative and media teams
  • Keep abreast of social media trends, including developments in design,
changes to the platforms, changes to how consumers engage with the
platforms, etc.
  • Strong understanding of the influencer and talent landscape, and experience in
managing and executing influencer campaigns across social. Reporting and
measuring the success of campaigns.
  • Ability to incorporate data and paid media learnings into client campaigns and
approaches.
  • Build strong relationships with our key clients, becoming a trusted advisor on
all things related to social content.

Your profile
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record in creating social-first content [video content, social copy
and assets] for all social channels including Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook,
Snapchat and Linked In)
  • Strong copy and editorial skills are a must
  • Social video creation and design are key
  • Proven track record in delivering award-winning social content
  • Experience working in a digital first, creative agency.
  • Experience in analysing data and deriving key insights.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
