About the Role

As a Telesales Agent at Prepay Power, you’ll be part of a team that’s all about hitting targets and growing together. Whether you’ve got experience in sales, customer retention, retail, or any other target driven role, this could be your chance to shine and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Package on offer:
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): €45,000 with uncapped earning potential

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Experience: Minimum 12 months in a sales or target-driven role (required)
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in a similar role
  • Customer Focus: Experience in selling to a diverse customer base
  • Mindset: Positive, competitive, and self-motivated with a drive to consistently deliver results
  • Accountability: Strong sense of personal ownership and a proactive approach to performance improvement
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct both outbound and inbound sales calls to current and prospective customers
  • Manage and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as agreed with your line manager
  • Track and analyse customer acquisition metrics
  • Handle objections professionally to secure successful outcomes
  • Provide ad-hoc customer service over the phone and support additional sales initiatives as needed
