Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Lead to manage the day-to-day IT support operations across all Wolt sites in Israel. This role will not include direct management of other IT Support Technicians but will require you to be the senior technical expert on site, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and local executive leadership. Your role will involve ensuring smooth IT operations, troubleshooting, and strategic alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for IT services in all Wolt offices across Israel.

Lead and coordinate the resolution of complex technical issues that require escalation, ensuring a high level of service.

Collaborate closely with local and regional leadership to communicate IT status, challenges, and solutions.

Ensure seamless IT service desk operations, including ticket management, incident response, and IT asset handling.

Support the integration of local IT infrastructure with global Wolt standards and practices.

Provide onsite technical support and expertise for end-users, ensuring prompt resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.

Facilitate communication between the local team and central IT teams to ensure alignment on priorities and service delivery.

Assist in implementing IT service improvements, including automation and efficiency enhancements.

Maintain IT documentation and ensure processes are aligned with company-wide policies.

Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior IT staff in the Israel offices.

Stay informed about the latest technologies and trends that can enhance IT service delivery and improve operational efficiency.

Travel between Wolt offices across Israel to provide onsite support and ensure alignment of IT services at all locations.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

Strong troubleshooting skills in various IT domains (hardware, software, networking, security).

Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL processes (certification in ITIL is a plus).

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proven experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality IT services.

Familiarity with IT asset management, procurement, and lifecycle management.

Proficiency in both Hebrew and English is required.
-
Previous experience working in a multinational environment is a plus.
