Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an exceptional Administrative Assistant who can work to grow a business in Japan by leading the design in with sales team proactively, finding any business opportunities by leveraging MKS international capability and experiences.
What you will do is:
- Daily Secretarial Duties for Executives: Travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and schedule management
- Creation of presentation materials, submission documents to the headquarters, and weekly and monthly reports
- Acting as the Communication Liaison with MKS Headquarters
- Responding to communications and instructions
- Facilitating Smooth Communication and Mutual Exchange
- Between departments and divisions, supporting the smooth execution of executive duties
What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:
- Secretarial duties at a foreign-affiliated company
- Business-level English proficiency
- Experience in communicating and coordinating in English with foreign dignitaries or their secretaries
- Knowledge of procedures necessary for the entry and exit of overseas visitors
