Administrative Assistant (Sales Admin)

In order to sustain KEYSIGHT business and growth, Keysight Japan -Communications solutions sales(CSS) is looking at Administrative Assistant. this is replacement job.
The chosesn canddiate will be resposible for admin of CSS acccount managers. Mainly for AD business like bidding. You will be responsible for understanding the bidding process of the Ministry of Defense and working in coordination with the sales team to execute bidding operations. Additionally, you will support the daily tasks of CSS sales
KPIs will be quantitatively determined in advance in coordination with the manager when performing tasks. Your performance will be evaluated based on the level of achievement of these KPIs.

Responsibilities:
Sales Admin
1.Understand and utilize internal processes and the company's SFDC tool to proactively support sales operations.
2. Optimization and promotion of Account Manager administrative tasks and activities.
3. Grasp the bidding process in the defense industry and support the execution of bids in collaboration with the sales team.
4. Support for necessary actions within defense-related personnel leading up to delivery in defense-related matters.
5. Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries; actively creates business opportunities
Qualifications:
Admin Experience ( >5 Years)
High proficiency in SFDC, Excel, and Power Point.
Strong accountability as sales admin
Demonstrated admin skil by a tight collaboration with sales team
Fluent Japanese Comunicataion
Office location Hachioji
