Responsibilities:
- Develop/implement strategic growth plan for TVC in Japan, to grow 10% or more per year
- Develop and cultivate partner relationships to ensure partner satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assess partner performance and manage partner network to address performance issues, optimize partner mix and results.
- Assess sales pipeline, activity and forecasts to determine sales progress and areas for refinement/improvement at the individual partner level.
- Develop strong relationships with the channel managers and direct account managers to effectively maximize TVC sales.

- 5+ years of sales experience or equivalent, specifically with partner-related businesses
- Prior experience selling to and with partners in a quota-carrying role
- Track record of meeting quota and objectives
- Willingness to travel as needed
