Overview:
Responsibilities:

• Develop/implement strategic growth plan for TVC in Japan, to grow 10% or more per year
• Develop and cultivate partner relationships to ensure partner satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assess partner performance and manage partner network to address performance issues, optimize partner mix and results.
• Assess sales pipeline, activity and forecasts to determine sales progress and areas for refinement/improvement at the individual partner level.
• Develop strong relationships with the channel managers and direct account managers to effectively maximize TVC sales.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of sales experience or equivalent, specifically with partner-related businesses
• Prior experience selling to and with partners in a quota-carrying role
• Track record of meeting quota and objectives
• Willingness to travel as needed
