【仕事内容]
・Able to convey the Capabilities of Service Now / Call out feature feasibility for architecture / Design discussions etc
・Hands on experience in Core ITSM modules, ITOM modules
・Should have good understanding of REST API and web services.
・Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the Service Now tool platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
・Good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the Service Now platform while making informed recommendations to process users.
・Applies innovative technology to business processes in order to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues
・Consults with Process and Business Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in Service Now
・Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manager
・Advises on options, risk and impacts on business/ITIL processes
・Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

応募必要条件

スキル・資格

6+ years’ experience in administration/implementation/configuration of Service Now ITSM and ITOM modules.

・Knowledge of web based development languages; specifically Java Script, Ajax, HTML, CSS
・Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication
・Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
・Understand full application lifecycle
・ITIL/Service Now certified, Service Now CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM
・Past work experience of Service Now Implementation of ITSM, ITOM.
