- Performing accurate and timely processing of policy transactions, servicing, and query resolution during the life cycle of a policy, including document Management
- Following up the onboarding of the new business together with our partners and sales
- Proactively supporting our clients, our partners, and our sales team in a timely manner
- Analysing partners and client’s requests by applying Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer procedures
- Assist the team on special projects, tasks, etc. assigned to you
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, accounting or finance or equivalent experience
- A first experience in the insurance or banking sector is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in Spanish - mother tongue level and business fluency in English. Any other European language is an asset
- Highly accurate, organised, reliable and client-oriented
- Dynamic, flexible, autonomous and with team-playing ability
