Payroll Expert for EU branches - In house - 80K

Our client, a global investment management firm with a presence in over 10 countries and more than 1,000 employees worldwide, is seeking a unique Payroll Expert to produce and oversee payroll operations across their European branches. This role is based in Luxembourg, within a mid-sized, collaborative, and English-speaking team that values mutual support and teamwork.
Payroll Expert - Your responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the end-to-end payroll process for all European offices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Serve as the single point of contact for payroll-related matters, working closely with the HR team and external service providers.
Handling social secretariat tasks and employee queries related to payroll, becoming a key resource for HR operations.
Support with ad-hoc projects related to personal tax and other related HR duties.
Collaborate with international offices across the company to ensure alignment and best practices.

Payroll Expert - Your Profile:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Administration, Payroll, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in payroll management, including international payroll, ideally across European countries.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll policies, enabling you to effectively support the HR team and advise on best practices.
Fluent English speaker, comfortable working in a fully English-speaking environment.
