Carrying more than 25 brands as distributor in Malaysia; Including IT components and peripherals, PC accessories, input devices, networking, power related products, audio visual equipment and software.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· To assist day to day accounting functions included manage data entry and process journal to ensure all business transactions (i.e. AR, AP, CB & GL) are recorded on timely basis.
· Responsible for daily sales transaction.
· Responsible for daily checking expenses, and staff claims.
· Debtor collection, accounts receivables and generate weekly collection report.
· To keep track of relevant documents, record and proper filing.
· To prepare month-end reconciliation and analysis of general ledger accounts.
· To generate some sales reports, fixed asset report.
· To assist daily operational duties and perform any others ad-hoc accounting s assigned by superior from time to time.
· Monthly financial report generate & yearly audit preparation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
· Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance.
· Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in accounting or related fields.
· Details oriented and passionate in Accounting.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Team-orientation, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
· RM4,000 – RM5,500 Basic Salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification) + Commission/Incentive
· Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits
WORKING HOUR:
Monday - Friday; 9.00am-6.00pm
Alternate Saturday; 9.00am-1.00pm
