Job Responsibilitie:-
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of Finance & Account functions as follow
  • Handle full set of account
  • Financial planning & Management Accounting & Reporting
  • Operational procedure & Internal control
  • Financial projection and Budgetary.
  • Manage GL, AP, AR in auto count accounting systems and monthly reconciliation of AR & AP
  • Monitoring bank cash available, cash flow projection and preparation and monthly bank reconciliation statement.
  • Filling and maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments given by the superior.
Requirement: -
  • Minimum 3-4 years working experience.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Experience using Auto-Count Accounting Software is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently with little supervision.
  • Punctual and have a great “CO Do” attitude and able to search for innovation solutions.
  • Willingness to learn and upgrade skills.
  • Deadline oriented.
  • Must Process own transport.
  • Preferable language: - Mandarin, English & Malay
