Company Overview
The company is a logistics service provider, based in Malaysia since 2011, specializes in comprehensive freight forwarding solutions, including air and ocean freight, customs clearance, and transportation.
Responsibilities:
· Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoice, checks, etc.
· To assist in daily office administrative tasks which include documentation, filling, correspondence and following up on pending matters.
· Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
· Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages.
· To perform general clerical tasks & duties.
· Responsible for any assigned general job.
· To carry any other duties, responsibilities and assignment wherever required.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least SPM.
· Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply.
· Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, computer skill.
· Able to work independently.
· Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage).
· Willing to work in Bandar Puteri, Klang.
· Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm.
