Job Description

Manage passport and work permit procedures for foreign workers from Bangladesh
Responsible in ensuring the work permit/ employment pass,FOMEMA, visa application, special pass, check-out memo for the foreign workers is active and liaise with immigration officers
To register/ renew/ terminate FWCS
Annual working permit renewal of foreign workers
Provide administrative support to the management team and staff.
Perform any additional ad hoc tasks assigned by management / superior.

REQUIREMENTS: -

Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent;
Preferably 1-3 years of working experience in handling foreigner workers and the related field;
Good communication; interpersonal skills with pleasant personality and able to communicate well in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Must be computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office;
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;
Accurate and precise attention to detail;
Able to work with foreign worker and local staff.
Have own transport
Age of 25-45 Years
Able to work with foreign worker and local staff.
Can start on October 2024
Basic salary from RM 2,200.00 Monthly (Phone / Transport Allowance will provided after Confirmation)
Office location : Balakong, Selangor
Working Hours : Monday - Friday (9am - 5.30pm) / Saturday (9am - 1pm - Alternate)
