As a Protégé in the Project Development department, you will specialize in Civil & Structural (C&S), Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), or Administration. This role provides practical experience and skill development across various stages of project execution, from design and site work to administrative support.
LOCATION : KOMPLEK PENTADBIRAN DAERAH PORT DICKSON, 71000 PORT DICKSON, NEGERI SEMBILAN DARUL KHUSUS.
Job Responsibilities:
For Civil & Structural (C&S):

• Assist in preparing and reviewing structural designs, drawings, and calculations.
• Support site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Help prepare project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and design revisions.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.

For Mechanical & Electrical (M&E):

• Assist in creating and updating M&E design layouts, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Participate in site inspections to monitor the installation of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Support the testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of M&E systems.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other trades to ensure project timelines are met.

For Administration:

• Organize and coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, providing regular updates to the project team.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
• Serve as a liaison between project teams, contractors, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge in your chosen specialization (C&S, M&E, or Administration).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., CAD for C&S/M&E, Microsoft Office for Administration).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Requirements for Electrical Certificate and Facility Management Certificate
