Job Description
The Administration Executive will be responsible for all administrative work supporting the clinical team. He/she will report directly to the palliative care doctor in charge of training and education development to organize all of company's education and training activities. He/she will also be working closely with the Medical Director on administrative duties to support her work in improving patient care.
Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for the proper organization and functioning of HM’s existing education and training activities. This will involve:
Developing a good understanding of HM’s existing education and training activities to ensure that he/she is able to organize all existing teaching and training programmes of the organization.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the proper functioning of existing education and training activities.
Work closely with the Medical Director and her designate to monitor the work output of the clinical team and the quality of care of patients. This will involve a good understanding of the HM’s electronic medical record system (EMRS), and ensuring its proper functioning at all times.

Secondary responsibilities:
Supporting the clinical team in all administrative work. This will include:

Preparing reports for internal and external reporting purposes
Support receptionist from time to time to ensure that reception and all related functions at reception is managed well
Working and supporting other departments within the organization to ensure its smooth running

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

Cheras: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

Administration: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

English (Preferred)
