Location:Menara Shell, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours:Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
Remuneration:RM12,000 - RM15,000 (Basic + Allowance)
Language Requirements:Above B2 English & N1/N2 Japanese
Are you passionate about leading a team and ensuring top-notch customer service? We are looking for a dynamic Call Centre Supervisor to manage a team that supports cross-border e-commerce operations for a prominent client in the retail industry. You'll be ensuring that our operations meet and exceed client expectations while driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor the customer service team, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
- Strive to achieve client and internal KPIs.
- Maintain regular communication with the client.
- Analyze operational issues and implement solutions.
- Manage operational schedules (weekly/monthly).
- Present accurate and comprehensive performance reports to the client.
- Proactively address and resolve operational challenges.
