Requirements

• Able to start immediately
• Min. STPM/Diploma holders (fresh graduates) are also encouraged to apply
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (read, written, and spoken)
• Mandarin speaker is added advantage
• Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Pass pre-phone interview

Responsibility
Job scope:

• Able to handle walk in customers by providing accurate, efficient, and quality service that meets the expectations of the company and the general industry and market
• Assist customer their enquiries Face-to-face, also upselling the products
• Identify cause of problems and recommend solutions

Working Shift:

• 9:30AM - 10:30AM
• 12 working hours daily in rotational shift basis
• 4 working days weekly in rotational shift basis

• Salary range: RM3000++
• Basic salary: RM2,150.00 (Fixed) / RM2,350.00 (Fixed)
