For this position, you will be working under one of our clients, a BPO/ call center company based in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (10 mins walking distance to LRT).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• SPM/SVM leavers are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work on rotational shifts.
• Good problem solving skills and ability to perform under a high paced working environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Handling all outbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company’s services.
• Contact the customer if the flight has been rescheduled by the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
