Customer Service Executive (Sunway Pyramid - Immediate hiring)

Requirements
  • Able to start immediately
  • Min. STPM/Diploma holders (fresh graduates) are also encouraged to apply
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (read, written, and spoken)
  • Mandarin speaker is added advantage
  • Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • Pass pre-phone interview
Responsibility
Job scope:
  • Able to handle walk in customers by providing accurate, efficient, and quality service that meets the expectations of the company and the general industry and market
  • Assist customer their enquiries Face-to-face, also upselling the products
  • Identify cause of problems and recommend solutions
Working Shift:
  • 9:30AM - 10:30AM (Follow mall operation hour)
  • 8 working hour daily in rotational shift basis
  • 5 working days weekly in rotational shift basis
Benefits
Remuneration Package:
  • Salary range: RM3000++
  • Basic salary: RM2,150.00 (Fixed) / RM2,350.00 (Fixed)
  • Commission
  • Shift allowance (depends on working shift)
  • OT allowance (If applicable)
  • Annual Increment (Based on performance)
  • Annual Bonus (Based on performance)

  • Sunway Pyramid, Bandar Sunway Petaling Jaya
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,150.00 - RM2,350.00 per month
