Salary Range: RM2.5k - RM3.5k (Fresh Graduate max. RM2,800.00)

We specialize in marketing office Voice/Data Communication and Network products, while also providing after-sales and technical support to our valued clients.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Engineer with a strong background in voice/data systems. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of communication systems, as well as providing user training and addressing customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
· Install and maintain voice/data communication systems.
· Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
· Provide training for system users.
· Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
· Degree/Diploma Holder in IT, Electronics, or Telecommunications.
· Male candidate below 30 years old (due to travel and onsite work).
· Must possess own transport (required for transporting hardware and servers).
· Fresh graduates with strong computer and network configuration experience are welcome.
· Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
· Willingness to travel outstation when required.
· Ability to work independently, remain self-motivated, and handle pressure.
· Strong communication skills and self-confidence are essential.
· Experience with VMWare and related tools will be an added advantage.
· Must be able to work overtime on-site when needed.
