- Attend outbound and inbound calls in courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customer’s expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence.
- To perform telesales for Life Insurance Product.
- Attend EZ Connect and EZ Protect enquiry via Whatsapp diligently.
- To handle full settlement request and to arrange to send redemption merchandise to customers
- Diligently perform relief function as assigned in absence of any team member.
- Minimum diploma in any field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in related industry
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Effective in multitasking, fast-learner and a strong team-player
Contract length: 9 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
