Job Overview:
The Executive, Planning & Business Development is responsible for leading the strategic planning and business development initiatives within the organization. This role involves identifying growth opportunities, managing key projects, and driving the execution of strategies to ensure the company's long-term success. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of strategic plans that align with the company's overall objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Work closely with senior management to define business goals and develop strategies to achieve them.

Business Development:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, clients, and industry leaders.
• Lead negotiations and manage the implementation of business deals.

Project Management:

• Oversee and manage key projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Financial Analysis:

• Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support decision-making and evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives.
• Prepare and present business cases and reports to senior management.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure all business activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the department.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and drive results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and relevant business software.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
