This position require to oversee recruitment and employee relations to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. Additionally, the HR Executive will focus on employee engagement and retention strategies, coordinate benefits and payroll, and facilitate communication between management and staff to foster a positive work environment.
Job Description:

Responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, which includes identifying staffing needs in collaboration with departmental managers, developing job descriptions, and utilizing various sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
Take the lead in conducting exit interviews for departing employees, including those at the executive level, ensuring that these discussions are both confidential and constructive, allowing for the collection of valuable feedback regarding the employee’s experiences, reasons for leaving, and suggestions for improving the workplace environment and organizational practices.
Organizing and facilitating exit interviews specifically for management-level employees,
Proactively engage with employees to address their concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication, conducting regular check-ins, and implementing programs that enhance employee satisfaction and morale, while also ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Support the headquarters HR team by assisting in the monitoring and verification of employee attendance records, ensuring that data is accurately maintained and analyzed to identify patterns of absenteeism or attendance issues, and collaborating with managers to address any concerns

Job Requirements:

At least Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Multi-tasking and positive working attitude.
Good written and verbal communication.
Must have the initiative and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Relevant working experience will be preferred.
Able to speak multiple language such as Malay, English. Able to speak in Mandarin will be preferred as to serve Mandarin speaking clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
