Position: Internship Program (Recruitment) or (Marketing)
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Allowance: RM 500
**Preferable candidate Chinese or Indian
Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a minimum Diploma in Human Resource, Business Studies, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/ Management, e-Commerce, Mass Communications Marketing or equivalent.
• Internship period of minimum 4-6 months.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Description:
Recruitment (Internship)

• Assist with the entire recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview arrangements.
• Verify candidates thoroughly by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing telephone screenings.
• Manage all other aspects of the recruitment process.
• Make contact with corporate HR clients for recruitment and training.
• Establish long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports on work done and on-going.
• Coordinate training programs.
• Perform administrative tasks such as develop and maintain a filing system.
• Perform other duties assigned by immediate superior or management.

Marketing (Internship)

• Responsible for generating content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and manage company social media pages.
• Perform strategic planning to increase social media page likes and coverage.
• Involve actively in all relevant future business and training marketing.
• Perform other duties assigned by immediate superior or management.
