- To support the team's daily operations such as order fulfillment, stock update, and product creation.
- To assist on marketing activities and promotion including execution of online campaigns.
- To work closely with the customer service team to provide the customer with relevant information, advice, and conversion opportunities.
- To prepare and update the visual & content of product listing in online marketplaces and websites.
- To prepare market price analysis for the team & management reference.
- To assist in providing sales and key metrics reports.
- To perform any other administrative duties requested by the team or management.
- To take part in content creation tasks provided by the E-commerce team.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent;
- Good communications skills and can speak and understand English fluently;
- Willing to learn and able to work independently with given tasks;
- Must be computer literate and have basic knowledge using Microsoft Word/Excel and the Internet.
- Experience in ECommerce is added advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
