POSITION OVERVIEW

• Contacting assigned customers through phone call to inform them about a specific service / product and convince them to purchase

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Call the selected customers to sell service / product
• Share the selling points for service / product
• Answer questions about service / product
• Recommend service / product based on customers need
• Take detailed call notes and record any feedback
• Follow up payment with the potential customers
• Meet daily / monthly call target

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Required skill(s): responsibility, cooperative, ability, details oriented.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience working in Call Centre will be an added advantage
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cheras.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
