Key Account Manager - Enterprise Sales

- Identify & Qualify Prospects: Target potential customers in Malaysia.
- Lead Sales Process: Engage prospects and customers, leading the entire sales lifecycle.
- CXO-Level Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with top-level management.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales: Work closely with our pre-sales team to tailor and present the best solutions to clients.
- Close Deals & Meet Targets: Successfully close sales to meet/exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Account Management: Support customer projects and drive long-term account management objectives.
- Ensure Timely Collections: Monitor and ensure timely receivable collections.
- Experience: 5-9 years in software sales, preferably in ERP or insurance software solutions.
- Strong Sales Background: Previous experience in IT solution selling is essential.
- Customer Engagement: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
- Team Player: Thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Travel: Flexibility to travel as required.
- University Degree (preferably IT-related).
- Strong customer focus with account management knowledge.
- Experience selling software solutions to large enterprises.
- Prior experience in conducting business across India is an advantage.
