Legal Assistant

- Assist Head of Legal Department ("HOD") and/or the Executive as required.
- Provide secretarial support and services such as scheduling of calls and meetings for the members of the Legal Team.
- Assist in record keeping (hard and soft copies) of the various documents relating to, generated by or received by the Legal Team.
- Processing invoices and billings related to legal services.
- Performance of various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Legal Team.
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities assigned by the HOD from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Law, Administration, Business or equivalent.
- Scored at least Credit (C) in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mathematics in SPM.
- Minimum 1 Years experience as clerk. Experience in Legal Firm or in-house Legal Dept is a bonus.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Computer Literate and proficient in Microsoft Word. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a bonus.
- Possess valid driving license.
- Able to work in team and independently whenever needed.
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
