1.1 Assist in checking the quantity of loading and unloading, handling materials, and the consistency of goods with the manifest. In the process of loading and unloading goods, take the initiative to assist the warehouse keeper to confirm the goods and quantities they load and unload, so that the goods and the order are completely consistent to ensure zero error;
1.2 Understand the nature and characteristics of the goods, and achieve safe and civilized loading and unloading. Before loading and unloading materials, first understand the nature and characteristics of the materials, pay attention to handling them gently, place them safely, prevent bruising, squeezing, loss and damage, and ensure the safety of the goods;
1.3 In accordance with the requirements of the warehouse management system, do a good job in material handling, classification, stacking, and storage;
1.4 Assist in the daily material sorting work of the warehouse;
1.5 Assist in warehouse clearance inventory. At the end of each month, assist the warehouse keeper to do a good job of monthly inventory, sort out the items that need to be counted, and arrange and classify the items as much as possible, so as to facilitate the warehouse keeper to count the quantity;
1.6 Liaise and coordinate with transporters / freight forwarders on the transportation, shipping, and delivery activities to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution.
1.7 Manage all aspects of the product export shipping processes, including scheduling, routing, tracking shipments and also handling full set of shipping documentation.
1.8 Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years working experience in the logistics, warehouse/related field is required for this position.
- Good hands-on experience in the inventory management and improvement process.
- Strong data analytical skills and ability to show effective leadership to solve problems and set priorities.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good knowledge of relevant purchasing terms, conditions, practices and procedures.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with HQ.
- Understanding ISO 9001 knowledge.
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
