Job Summary:
As a Management Trainee at our Company, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to support the daily operations of our pawnshop.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of pawnshop operations, including customer service, financial transactions, inventory management, and branding.
Job Requirements:

• Candidate must already at final semester pursing a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and can be outstation, as needed.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
• Preferred skill(s): Teamwork, Problem Solving Skills, Strong Written Communication.
• Possess own transport and willing to work in Taman Daya.
• Internship position for duration of at least three (3) months.
