As a Graduate Trainee, you will be exposed to the external recruitment world, and your responsibilities will include:
1. Attracting new candidates and sustaining a strong talent pool in the market through multiple acquisition methods and interviewing them to understand their suitability for roles.
2. Continuously communicate with candidates to find the most suitable opportunities for them.
3. Sourcing for the best candidates for your client.
4. Management of candidate relationships to build trust and ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process.
You will be undergoing the full-cycle recruitment training program with job responsibilities including:

• Perform market research and business development for potential clients
• Screen and evaluate potential candidates for suitable job roles with clients
• Manage and prepare candidates for job interviews and offer management process

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
