Job Description:
Financial Management:
- prepare accurate financial statements and reports & manage full set accounts
- Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
- Manage financial transactions related to e-commerce activities.
- Reconcile e-commerce sales and payment gateways.
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
- Prepare documentation for auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and manage budgets.
- Perform financial analysis and forecasting.
- Provide insights and recommendations for financial planning.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software SQL.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and payment gateways.
- Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze complex financial data.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication to superiors and subordinates.
- Ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
- Understand Mandarin would be a bonus due to China documentation
- Frequent updates to superior on the progress.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
