Senior / Junior Business Development

Applicants with sales/ marketing experience in insurance, financial planning, business consultant, property or IT/ software are preferred.
Applicants from other fields with strong sales/ marketing capability may also apply.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales/ marketing strategies and plans
- Promote IT/ automation/ AI Artificial Intelligence solutions to SMEs/ small and medium enterprise. Help SMEs, companies, and offices to improve productivity, efficiency and business improvement.
- Assist in plan and perform marketing campaign
- Convert prospects to paying customers
- Work closely with customers
- Aid in the development of new marketing and sales programs designed to attract new customers or retain existing ones
- other duties as required
- Identify target customers in KL & Selangor areas
- Good networking with small/ medium enterprise (SME) is an advantage
- Honest. Pleasant personality
- A Diploma in business development, sales, marketing, finance, accounting or any discipline
- Excellent sales skills. Excellent communicator
- Experience in and of the following is a plus, although not a must: sales of insurance, unit trust, financial planning or investment consulting is a plus.
- The position is only applicable to applicants who are based in Malaysia.
