Senior Licensing Officer

Our client is an International Supply Chain MNC, located in Kelana Jaya. Currently looking for Licensing and Regulatory talent for their business expansion.
- Lead the renewal and application processes for all relevant business licenses, including, Business Licenses, Immigration (All air and sea ports in Malaysia), Trade Licenses for all Malaysia offices, FCZ Operating Licenses.
- Office signage applications with local authorities.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and timelines, liaising directly with external authorities and agencies.
- Oversee the renewal process for road tax, insurance, bonded permits, and customs bonds for company trucks and cars.
- Ensure all documents are in alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Ensure that all regulatory filings and updates (such as ROC documents) are up to date across all Malaysia entities.
- Coordinate with the company secretary for obtaining and managing updated ROC documents, ensuring they are properly filed in the Admin master file and Share Point.
- Prepare detailed reports on licensing statuses, renewal dates, and any changes to regulations that may affect company operations.
- Provide guidance and advisory support to management on compliance-related issues and improvements to licensing processes.
- Handle additional tasks assigned by higher management, focusing on matters related to regulatory and legal compliance.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
