Air Customer Service Specialist

Our client is a leading International Freight Forwarding MNC, located in Bayan Baru. Currently seeking air-logistics talent to support their business expansion.
  • Keep the pulse of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer’s inquiries in a timely manner. Take the lead as a first PIC for customers
  • Work with internal and external customers to create an exceptional customer service experience
  • Manage key account/VIP customer expectations
  • Work with internal and external customers for Corrective and Preventative Actions
  • Help craft and create KPI customer specific reporting and scorecards
  • Process customer orders and routings
  • Build and maintain rapport with customers to fulfil their requirements
  • Process customer orders
  • Coordinate air freight shipments and transport arrangement
  • Book service with co-loaders for import/export operations
  • Prepare billings
  • Import/export permit declarations and customs clearance
  • Liaise and source for the cargo space with different airlines to plan the flights to destination
  • Work with internal customers on process improvements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
