Senior Marketing Executive

Company Overview
The company is a leading crop protection company that produces, distributes and market agrochemicals. They focus on providing complete crop solutions to farmers in Malaysia. Their business covers full range of herbicides, insecticides, fungicides and fertilisers.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
· Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
· Assist to manage products portfolio
· Manage digital marketing platforms for branding & promotion
· Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth
· Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
· Collaborate with sales and product development teams to ensure cohesive messaging and product positioning
· Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize results.
· Stay updated with industry developments and best practices, continuously enhancing marketing strategies
· Present marketing strategies and performance reports to senior management
Requirements:
· 3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or related field.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning abilities
· Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
· Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
· Willing to work at Desa Parkcity, Kuala Lumpur
· Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
