Position Summary

Key Accountability

• Assign maintenance events/ tasks in Aircraft Check Work Package in AMOS.
• Ensure the Out of Phase (OOP) package and Low Hours Tasks are compiled as per service level in M 01-02-02b.
• Calculate Check Package man-hours and ensure that the package can be done within the allocated downtime.
• Manage the activities of Check Work Package assignment and ensure that the Check Work Package is handover within the stipulated time as per service level in Work Package generation and OOP Work Package assignment.
• Liaise with other departments for availability of spares and tooling (Scheduled Task) for the performance of aircraft maintenance work

Qualification & Working Experience

• Diploma with 2 to 3 years experience in Engineering and Maintenance Planning.
• SPM, and Aircraft Maintenance personnel with 4 years experience in Engineering and Maintenance

Skills & Knowledge

• Good knowledge in Engineering and Maintenance Planning activities, system and process
• Competent in office tools i.e Microsoft Excel/Words/Power Point.
• Good command in English and BM both in written and spoken. .

• To ensure the accomplishment of maintenance requirements within the established schedule and in the most economical and efficient manner.
