Job Requirements:
· Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (engineering background preferred).
· 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
· Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
· Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
· Independent, time-efficient, proactive, responsible, and attentive to detail.
· Strong interpersonal, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
· Support the Sales team with daily tasks, including quotations and tenders.
· Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
· Provide accurate product knowledge and quotations.
· Coordinate weekly communications and meetings for the sales team.
· Ensure orders meet customer requirements and are processed on time.
· Report issues or opportunities to management.
· Perform ad hoc tasks to enhance work processes as needed.
