Job Descriptions:

• Preparing corporate and association tax computations and return for timely submission to the tax authorities.
• Review tax computations prepared by junior and identify tax issues based on various taxation statutes.
• Assists and advises clients by attending meeting on compliance requirements.
• Give guidance and supervise staff in tax compliance and tax administration.
• Assist in advisory and consultancy work such as appeals to IRB.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the tax regulations and legislations.
• Ability to take initiative while seeking appropriate guidance
• Perform filing management, ensuring files are complete and in order
• Other tasks that the group deems fit (ad-hoc tasks).

Job Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant discipline and/or professional qualification is preferable in the areas of Accountancy / Taxation (e.g MIA / CTIM graduate).
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in an accounting firm.
• A member of a recognized professional accounting/taxation body will be an added advantage.
• Must be analytical, self-motivated, organized, and able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision.
• Effectively handle multiple demands and competing priorities
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and deal with changing priorities
• Good command of verbal and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
