- Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies to support marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns across different channels.
- Assist in managing social media accounts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
- Responsible in planning, managing and developing social media account (content creation)
- Responsible for providing support to the sales team during and after the sales process
- To follow up on quotations with ustomers to secure the business while maintaining a healthy relationship with them through excellent customer service
- Able to speak in front of camera (video)
- Extrovert, creative and easy going person
- Have the experience in creating content in social media (Tiktok, Instagram and etc)
- At least Post Graduate Diploma, Degree in Business Communication, Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent.
- Multi-tasking and positive working attitude.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Good in using microsoft office especially Excel.
- Must have the initiative and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
