Job Description:

• Handling inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other issues related to the company's products
• Provide accurate information to improve customer satisfaction and resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM with_ credits in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Sejarah._
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply - full training provided.
• Must not have an active or deactivated e-hailing account.
• Must be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must be willing to work on rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night).
