- Handling inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other issues related to the company's products
- Provide accurate information to improve customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Minimum SPM with_ credits in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Sejarah._
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply - full training provided.
- Must not have an active or deactivated e-hailing account.
- Must be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be willing to work on rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
