We are collaborating with a client focused in accounting, financial planning & mortgage broking practice providing advice and consulting services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Malaysian office and Australian HQ, ensuring effective communication and seamless collaboration.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to the team in Malaysia, fostering their professional growth and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and professional integrity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, consistently ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency within the Malaysian office, optimizing workflows, processes, and resource allocation to boost overall productivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of management experience, with proven leadership and people management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience working with diverse teams across different geographical and cultural settings.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and successfully establish new operations in an international market.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic approach and a track record of delivering results.
