URGENT HIRING: TEMPORARY ACCOUNT ASSISTANT (ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE)
Location: Section 13, Shah Alam
Employment Type: Contract/Temporary
Salary: RM 1,800
Responsibilities:
1. Process accounts and incoming payments
2. Handle daily financial transactions, including managing account receivables data.
3. Generate statements and reports on accounts receivables.
4. Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and related documents.
5. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent. Graduates are encouraged to apply.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for candidates without Diploma
3. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
4. Basic understanding of accounting standards, principles, and procedures.
5. Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for numbers.
6. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
7. Must have own transport and willing to commute to Shah Alam daily.
8. Willingness to work extra hours if needed.
