Context/Scope:
As a DRP leader You will play an important role in driving supply chain operational excellence aligned with our strategy to enable category growth and delight our Customers and Consumers. You will be a mentor and develop team for your team, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
The DRP Lead is responsible for overseeing the distribution requirements planning process to ensure optimal inventory levels, efficient distribution of products, and alignment with market demand. This role involves coordinating with various departments, including production, logistics, and sales, to meet customer needs while minimizing costs and improving service levels.

Top Accountabilities :
1) Optimized Replenishment Planning: Optimize the Supply Chain critical metrics by balancing Service (Case Fill Rate), Volumes & Inventory for the end-to-end network of your assigned market.
Building winning local insights, demonstrating global scale and data to support execution with and into markets. Work with supply sites and markets to agree options to balance demand signal and supply capabilities:
- Analyse and evaluate the supply shipment plan and net dispatch requirements to satisfy customer needs considering network complexity and supply constraints.
- Exceptions management – analyse replenishment exceptions and ensure resolution in line with business priorities (customer service, cash, competition).
- Proactively use Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) to identify and improve the planning related issues and build a framework that can be reapplied by the rest of the planning team.
- Be the key partner & drive the critical issues for the assigned market balancing service, cost & inventory.
2) Inventory Management
- Deliver against inventory targets for the Category.
- Balance the need for product availability versus the need to minimize costs to ensure optimum stocks of the right product in the right location.
- Proactively identify and resolve Slobs (Primary and Secondary stock locations).
- Work jointly with the Markets to review and validate the primary stock levels.
3) Market Intelligence & Analytics
- Own, review and understand the demand signal (Shipment plan) for the full horizon.
- Challenge the processes and market demand to provide the best possible signal to supply planning.
- SKU Portfolio Management & clean-up: Analyze product portfolio, identify issues & opportunities, and track the implementation of the improvement & clean-up plans.
4) Network Configuration & Optimization
- Review and optimise the supply network configuration for the Category.
- In partnership with MPS. MPR and markets, assess and evaluate market impact of production batch sizes, cycle frequency, shipment MOQ and finished goods inventory levels, to drive optimum in market stock availability
Capabilities, Skills & Experience:

- Diligent with strong organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written
- Hands-on experience and expertise in (Category) S&OP, exposure to Executive senior leaders
- Systems experience within supply chain optimization platforms (ERP / master data, time-phased replenishment planning systems).
Experience:
- 5 years + Supply Chain planning experience in CPG.
- Additionally, some wider cross planning experience preferable e.g. I&BC, DRP, CS,
- Team management experience required.
- English and Spanish Advanced Skills.
- OMP-APO-SAP
- Proficient in analytics tools: Power BI
