AML operates between Morocco and Spain, offering multiple daily departures from the Port of Tanger Ville and Tangier Med, providing safe, comfortable and reliable transportation services for passengers, freight and private vehicle. AML is combining comfort with speed and functionality.

Qualifications:
- Manage, oversee and enhance the profitability of all departures by accurately forecasting, pricing, scheduling, and allocating capacity to maximize revenue while minimizing costs.
- Manage short-, medium-, and longer-term optimization of volume and pricing on an on-going basis and make necessary adjustments to reflect the market situation.
- Develop and apply pricing models that optimize both pricing and capacity, ensuring each sailing maximizes contribution through an ideal customer and cargo mix.
- Manage timetable optimization and perform voyage simulations to enhance operational efficiency.
- Offer revenue and pricing strategies and guidelines for both Travel, Onboard and Freight divisions.

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in revenue management
- Background in maritime, transport, hospitality, and/or logistics sectors is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, economics, finance, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, French and Arabic
- Spanish is as plus.
- If applicable, able to obtain permission to work in Morocco (VISA)
