Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Support professional to assist with essential product development and account management tasks. This role requires effective multitasking and organizational skills, as you will play a pivotal part in supporting client accounts and ensuring that our projects run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

• Sample Development Follow-Up: Track and manage the progress of sample development to ensure timely delivery.
• Tech Pack Checks & Distribution: Review tech packs for accuracy and dispatch them to the appropriate teams.
• Agenda Management: Plan meetings and manage agendas upon request to support team activities.
• Sourcing & Follow-Up: Assist in sourcing materials and suppliers, maintaining communication to ensure timelines are met.
• Factory Mapping: Maintain records of partner factories, mills, print units, and washing plants, noting their specialties (e.g., activewear, loungewear, casual woven).
• Parcel Preparation & Dispatch: Organize and send parcels as part of project management.
• Office Organization: Organize samples and office space (note: this does not include actual cleaning).
• Office Supply Management: Monitor office supplies, managing inventory and purchasing as necessary.
• Meeting Notes: Take notes during internal meetings and distribute summaries to relevant team members.
• Stock Fabric Management: Oversee and manage stock fabric inventory.
• Sample Quality Checks: Conduct quality checks on samples to ensure they meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
• A must for good understanding of garment production and product development processes (you need experience in this).
• Familiarity with tech packs and sample management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
