You are:
The Stillery is a unique place in the Netherlands where innovation in the beverage industry is at the forefront. Located in the Amsterdam harbor, our distillery and soft drink factory are dedicated to creating exceptional beverages with passion and craftsmanship. As a Batch Mixer, you'll be part of a team that produces spirits, liqueurs, and soft drinks for our private label clients, including Coca-Cola, Stelz, and Tomorrowland, as well as The Stillery's own products for supermarkets. Together, we operate as a well-oiled machine, always striving for the best results.

We are seeking a precise, no-nonsense Batch Mixer to join our team. You should be available five days a week and possess the following qualities and qualifications:
- You work well in a team and can effectively communicate with colleagues from various disciplines.
- You are alert and can quickly identify potential issues before they arise or escalate.
- As the key player in the mixing process, you are punctual and reliable, ensuring production never falls behind due to a lack of prepared batches.
- You are flexible and able to adapt to the dynamics and challenges of a fast-growing company.
- Start the production day smoothly by preparing and mixing batches according to specific recipes and protocols.
- Operate advanced mixing and preparation equipment to produce beverages for The Stillery and our private label clients.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are clean and ready at the start of each day, knowing that a well-prepared setup is crucial for success.
- Support the production team by ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available during the mixing process, helping to achieve the best possible production results.
